HOW TO JOIN

Step one: Before becoming a member of the Shenango Chapter, you must first become a member of NAVHDA International.

Step two: Once you have your NAVHDA International member number, to become a member of the Shenango Chapter, please complete the form below or download and complete the Membership Application Form.

Step three: Complete membership payment on the Payments page. Or mail the completed form, along with the applicable annual dues to the address listed on Payments.

By submitting this Membership Application:

  • I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Chapter Bylaws.
  • I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Training Ground Policy and the Training Day Policy
  • I acknowledge that I must participate in a minimum of 2 Chapter Events as a Returning Regular Member / New Regular Member
  • I acknowledge that I must participate in the Chapter Fundraiser as a Returning Regular Member / New Regular Member
  • I acknowledge that I must be at least 18 years of age, and I must be a member for a minimum of 3 months before I am able to vote on Chapter business.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Returning Member – Includes Mandatory Volunteering, Mandatory Fundraiser, and Voting Privileges.

New Member – Includes Mandatory Volunteering, Mandatory Fundraiser, and Voting Privileges (after 3 months). $100

Select Member – No Volunteering Required, No Mandatory Fundraising, No Voting Privileges. $275


FUNDRAISER TICKETS

New and Returning Members (not Select Members) must sell or purchase 4 annual fundraiser tickets. $100 = 4 tickets with 4 chances to win per ticket. Drawing will be held at the end of September during the 7:00 pm Lottery Drawing. All ticket stubs and money are due prior to the drawing.
